Lembongan is the smaller, quieter sister of Nusa Penida. You get around by scooter or golf cart. You snorkel with manta rays, walk across the yellow bridge to Nusa Ceningan, and watch the waves at Devil's Tear. You can visit Penida, with its famous cliffs, in a day. But expect bad roads and crowds at the viewpoints there.
