This statement describes how My Bali Tour Guide handles your data. My Bali Tour Guide is an initiative of ESBL B.V., Keizersgracht 62, 1015 CS Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 81886837. We keep it short, because we process little data. Last updated on 3 November 2026.

What data we process

We only process the data we need to design your trip: your name, your email address or phone number, your travel wishes and what you tell us in the chat.

The trip planner turns your answers into a chat message. That message, plus your name and email address or WhatsApp number if you fill them in, goes to the chat when you click send. Nothing is sent before that.

Who we share it with

If you choose All arranged, we pass your name and travel dates to the providers we book with on your behalf. Dek Leonk only gets your contact details if you ask to be put in touch with him or if he is in your trip plan. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as needed for your trip and for the legal retention period for our accounts (seven years for invoices).

Cookies and third-party services

  • We use no analytics or advertising cookies and no trackers.
  • The chat at the bottom right runs on Crisp (crisp.chat). Crisp sets a functional cookie to remember your conversation and processes what you type in the chat. See Crisp's privacy policy for details.
  • If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply.
  • Paying the fee online is not possible yet. As soon as it is, this page will say which payment service we use.
  • The website is hosted by Vercel. Servers keep standard technical log files (such as IP address and time of a visit) to keep the site safe and working.

Your rights

You can always ask to see, correct or delete your data at hello@mybalitourguide.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
